Born in New York City, raised on Long Island Coach, Ron Brinson as a youth was a tremendous multi sport athlete who found his love of golf late in life- initially as a casual pass-time during his lucrative two decade corporate career in banking.  After tours on the derivatives trading desk, in community development and as a regional marketing Vice President Ron became enamored with the Six Sigma approach to creating excellence through process design, and project management.   

While coaching his son at the First Tee, Ron developed a friendship and eventual partnership with NCAA Champion Coach Sam Puryear.   While Sam currently leads the Howard University Bisons golf program, Ron continues to utilize his unique "project management" skill set to help competitive junior  golfers and their families successfully navigate from middle school through high school and recruitment onto collegiate rosters of all levels.
